All Race 3 results now posted.

Despite the weather another good turn out of 48 runners, including 7 members doing their first handicap of the year. That makes 74 members eligible at this stage for the overall prize but anyone running, even if they haven't run so far can still pick up a bottle of wine.

The winners this week were Diane Bent (who had an increased handicap but knocked 3 minutes off her previous time), Alex Simon (who conned me by running badly recently) and Emma Wolff (returning to running after a few years off - or did she say weeks?). Kelvin sprained a muscle and apologies to Colin Loyns who did tell me he was just recovering from injury and not running well. Obviously I took this with a pinch of salt - sorry Colin.
